Call The Midwife Chatham Dockyard with Cream Tea - October 2024

We arrive in time for our guided tour which includes various filming locations used for the popular television drama series Call the Midwife.  Trace the bicycle tracks of Chummy, Jenny, Trixie and friends along the cobbles and learn why HMS Cavalier once flew a Swedish flag.  Hear stories of what it was like to be an extra on the set and learn interesting facts about how The Dockyard was magically transformed into 1950s Poplar.  In the afternoon we enjoy a delicious cream tea which includes a scone with clotted cream and jam.  There will be free time to explore the Dockyards and other attractions.  Price includes tour and cream tea.
