We pride ourselves on the high standard of service that we offer our clients throughout every step of your holiday/day excursion, including the during the booking process.
Our dedicated booking staff are on hand either by phone or at our office and will be happy to assist you with your booking or answer any queries you may have to help you decide on the most suitable holiday or day excursion for you. Alternatively, if you would prefer to browse our coach holidays or day excursions online, you can do just that. You can even book online with us too!
Should you need assistance or if you prefer to speak to a member of staff, we can guide you through the booking procedure and ask if you have any special requirements for your booking. This is an important question that we ask all our clients to ensure that all their requirements are met where possible.
On receipt of the required deposit, we will confirm your booking or for your convenience we can hold your booking for 7 days.
Confirmation of your reservation & travel documents
Once we receive your non-refundable deposit, a confirmation invoice will be issued either in person at our office, posted directly to you or issued online. Your confirmation will note all of the details relating to your booking such as seat numbers, pick up point and date that your final balance is due. Please note that we do not send out reminders for final payments.
Your travel documents will be issued approximately 14 days prior to your holiday departure date. You will receive luggage labels and a travel ticket confirming your pickup time - please check this carefully. If you have not received your travel documents by the week of your departure date, please contact us.
