Our excursions during our break include:-
* RHS Harlow Carr and free time in Harrogate
* Ripon and return diesel train journey on the Wensleydale Railway
* Skipton and relaxing boat ride on the luxury Dalesman canal boat passing throught he beautiful Yorkshire countryside. We have included a ploughman's lunch on board our boat.
Nidd Hall ****
Built in the grandest Baronial style, parts of the grade II listed Georgian Hall date back to the 14th century. The house is surrounded by 45 acres of beautiful gardens and lawns that culminate in the ornamental lake, providing the perfect surroundings. All of the en-suite bedrooms feature television, radio, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities.
